We currently offer shipping within the United States. 

Shipping Costs:

Free shipping on standard orders of $100 or over $100. If your order is under $100, you must pay a flat cost of $7.95.

Shipping Times:

Handling Time: Shipping times are provided on our product pages based on information from our suppliers and freight companies. Generally, our handling time is 2-3 business days.

Transit Time: Transit Time is 7 to 11 Business days (Monday to Friday)

Variability: Due to ongoing supply chain challenges, these times may change without notice.

Delivery or Shipping Method:

We use the USPS/UPS/FedEx to deliver or ship products. 

General Return Policy:

Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Return Window: Customers have 30 days to file a return request.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.

Important Note: Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. Be careful when choosing sale items.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@hanalas.com to discuss your return, ensuring that you provide us with the following information:

Order number,

Order name, and

Order address.

Once we have confirmed your return, please send your parcel with a note explaining the situation and your order details, such as the order number, name, and address. This will help us process your refund request quickly.

If a return is sent without tracking and goes missing, we are not responsible for it, and you may not be eligible for a refund. We highly recommend using a tracked service to send your returns.
