Return and Refund Policy

At Hanalas, we strive to provide our customers a seamless and hassle-free experience. Below is a summary of our return and refund policy, designed to ensure clarity and convenience for your returns.

General Return Policy:
  • Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
  • Return Window: Customers have 30 days to file a return request.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.
Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@hanalas.com to discuss your return, ensuring that you provide us with the following information:

  • Order number,
  • Order name, and
  • Order address.

Once we have confirmed your return, please send your parcel with a note explaining the situation and your order details, such as the Order Number, name, and address. This will help us process your refund request quickly.

If a return is sent without tracking and goes missing, we are not responsible for it, and you may not be eligible for a refund. We highly recommend using a tracked service to send your returns. 

Shipping Costs: 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you notice any damage, please take photos for your records and contact us within 24 hours.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Missing or Incorrect Items:

Report any missing or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.

Note: An order cannot be canceled if it is being processed. The customer must wait to receive the package and then initiate a return. Orders cannot be canceled once they are in the carrier's possession. We are not responsible for delayed transit times, as this is out of our control. 

Refund Process:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from receiving your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
